Mindful Eating and Yoga Retreat

Praise for the retreat

“This retreat was an amazing way to deepen my already established mindful eating practice, and I believe it would be equally valuable for anyone from beginners to professionals. Megrette has a wonderfully unique way of meeting each participant where they’re at and helping them to get the most out of the experience. I particularly enjoyed the intimate group size and the balance of both active and reflective techniques. The safe and supportive community that we established allowed for open sharing and lots of deep healing to take place. I left the retreat with a feeling of freedom and lightness along with lots of new techniques that I will use in my own practice in addition to sharing with others. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who is looking to start or continue on a journey of eating mindfully, or who wishes to help others do the same. I will certainly be returning for the next retreat!”
— Traci, participant

“The weekend retreat was such a welcoming experience. I have been able to integrate the mindfulness practice into so many areas of my life much more easily since the retreat. Each of you contributed in so many ways and for that I am grateful!”
